Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) Release 2 was launched at 9:00a.m., on 22 October, 2010.

 

CUSIS Release 2 offers additional functions for

 

Students

The academic advisement*, program change (declaration/change of concentration) and the online application systems (for exchange, scholarship and financial aid) would offer more effective services.
*(For undergraduates only at the moment. Postgraduate version will be available soon)

 

Teaching Staff

The new Gradebook upload feature and grade distribution report would facilitate grade management to teaching staff.

 

Alumni

Maintain closer bonding to CUHK by using their new MyCUHK accounts to register university events and access alumni services. Alumni will receive their “Alumni ID” beginning late October for initialization of accounts in the front page of MyCUHK.

Administrative staff

With the full CUSIS implementation, information would be more accessible for administartive staff to mange academic assessment processes and communicate with students and alumni efficiently.
