This programme aims at training graduates with a wide range of knowledge in both chemical testing and laboratory management in order to support the development of certification and accreditation industries in Hong Kong and the peripheral regions. Upon completion of the programme, the graduates will become experts in the practice of accreditation standards on chemical testing and be equipped with an extensive knowledge of analytical chemistry. They will possess sufficient theoretical training and laboratory skills to design a chemical test for a particular problem and to perform independently chemical analyses of various materials and substances.
