Inter-School Learning Community

From years of experience, we have concluded that transformation and improvement should be individual-based. Hence, since 2005, we have been establishing many inter-school learning communities. Apart from assisting to the teaching strategies of related subjects, we also hope to facilitate the professional exchange among schools and build a platform for sharing experience.

We encourage our member schools to nominate potential or influential middle leaders and core teachers to join our inter-school regular intense trainings (once per two weeks to once per two months) and professional exchanges in the university. On certain subjects and work concentration, we hope to enhance individual teaching power, leadership quality and improvement sustainability through cooperations, experience sharing, applications and observations. The features of the learning communities are as follows:

Inter-School Learning Community Overview

In this project, we particularly coordinate various learning communities for teachers of same duties from different schools to create a more focused professional exchange between schools to respond to their mutual concerns. The content of the learning communities includes sharing of application experience, education trend, relevant pedagogy and theories, etc. We aim to enhance the leadership and professional energy of our participants.
