Before Class / Event Starts
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the RED Rainstorm Warning Signal or the BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal If still hoisted on a class / an event meeting day at 7:00 a.m., the morning session will be suspended.

If still hoisted on a class / an event meeting day at 11:30 a.m., the afternoon session will be suspended.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below, or the YELLOW Rainstorm Warning Signal Classes / events will be held as scheduled; however, parents are advised to use their discretion in deciding whether or not to send their children to class /event during inclement weather. Parents should keep their children at home if the weather, road, slope, traffic, or transport conditions are unsafe.
During Class Hours / Event
If the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 will be issued in a short period of time All classes / events will be suspended immediately. The Program for the Gifted and Talented (PGT) will arrange for all participants to take shelter and stay at an indoor safe location until they are collected by their parents/guardians. Parents and guardians are advised to come to the venue to collect their children when such announcement has been made.
If the RED Rainstorm Warning Signal or the BLACK Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued All outdoor activities will be suspended. The PGT will arrange for all participants to take shelter and stay at an indoor safe location until the weather, road, slope, traffic, or transport conditions are improved, or participants are collected by their parents/guardians.
