Details:
Strategic CSR Network will be joining with Asbury Methodist Social Service to invite low-income families living in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Tsing Districts on an excursion to The Chinese University of Hong Kong to play games on campus and explore its facilities. We need volunteers to be tour guides and play games with the families.
Gathering Point : CUHK campus
10:45 - 11:00 am - Assemble at CUHK campus
11:00 - 12:30pm - Games
12:30pm - 2:00pm - Lunch (At own expense)
2:00pm - 4:30pm - Campus Hunt
5:00pm - Families return to the Centre
Volunteer’s role :
1. Facilitate the whole event along with two Asbury social workers and two CUHK master’s candidates
2. Maintain orderly activities (monitor traffic, supervise kids, especially those unaccompanied by parents)
3. Create a happy and friendly atmosphere
