「“Be Your Eyes, By Your Side. 2016 Pacific Foundation Tandem Charity Ride” is organised by the Hong Kong Society for the Blind. The event provides visually impaired people with the opportunity to ride a tandem as a rear rider (the “stocker”) with a fully sighted front rider (the “captain”). The sighted captain will narrate the scenery and activities to the stocker along the cycling route, which will extend the horizons of the visually impaired and enable them to experience and enjoy cycling.

As a supporting organisation, MOTIVIC is now recruiting volunteers to join the event and cycle together with the tandem teams. Please note that the recruited volunteers are not tandem cycling guides. All CUHK members are welcome to join!
