Application for Displaying Promotional Material for Registered Student Organisations

Registered student organisations can apply for displaying of promotional material at United College campus under the following procedure.

• organisations have to fill in the online application form and submit the form with the organisation’s official chop and the figures of the promotion material (at Tsang’s Steps only), 2 weeks before the planned promotion date.
• the College will reply via email within 3 days of submitting the above application.
• organisations have to pay HK$500.oo as a deposit before the planned promotion date to finish the application procedure.
• organisatons have to clear up the venue at the end date of promotion period. Please do collect the deposit within one month at Dean of Students’ Office, United College, 2/F Tsang Shiu Tim Building, or the deposit will be confiscated.
