Collection of Personal Information
Office of University General Education (OUGE) will collect personal data from you which will be processed for the purpose of "General Education International Conference 2015". The provision of personal data or any information is voluntary. However, any failure to supply all information requested by OUGE may result in its being unable to process your application fully or at all. Any personal data OUGE receives from you will not be disclosed to any third party except as notified to you at the time of collection, or with your prior consent.

大學通識教育部收集的個人資料只用作處理「通識教育國際學術會議2015」的有關事宜，一切資料由報名人士自願提供。如閣下未能提供所需資料，或所提供的個人資料不準確或不完整，或會影響報名結果。除非徵得閣下同意，否則個人資料不會轉交予其他機構。

Data Retention
Personal information you provide to Office of University General Education (OUGE) will be retained only for such period as may be necessary for the carrying out of the purposes referred to in this Statement or as otherwise specified at the time of collection.

大學通識教育部僅於「通識教育國際學術會議2015」期間收集、保存閣下的個人資料，並依照在收集資料時所說明的目的使用該等資料，保存期不會超過實際需要。
