First place

• Chan Sze Lok, Charlotte is currently a final year English major who is also pursuing a minor in French. She spent her third year (2018-2019) at the University of Alberta, Canada, where she took courses on films, languages, literature and politics..

Second place

• Cherry Wong is a fourth year Translation major who went to Utrecht University in the Netherlands in Semester 2, 2018-19.

Third place

• Kwok Ka Po Jojo is a third year Public Health major who went to the University of Glasgow in Semester 1 2019-2020 and is currently studying education, astronomy and sociolinguistics.

Honourable mention

• Ngan Sau Ching Jennifer is a fourth-year English major who went to the University of California, San Diego for a fall quarter exchange in 2019-20, and is currently taking courses on literature, film, sociology, and psychology.
• Dilpreet Sambali is a third year Geography and Resource Management major, who is currently on a term-long exchange to Macquarie University in Australia. She is a third generation Indian, born and raised in Hong Kong.
• Lam Lok Ching Gladys is a third-year English Language Education major who went to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in the first term of 2019-2020 and is currently studying linguistics and multilingual studies.
