CUHK welcomed more than 480 new exchange students from partner institutions worldwide at the beginning of the Spring Term in 2019. In addition to academic studies, plenty of opportunities such as excursions are available to this diverse group to explore Hong Kong and deepen their understanding of the city. In February, the exchange students paid a visit to Tsz Shan Monastery for a spiritual journey. Not only did they admire the stunning architecture of the Chinese Buddhist monastery as well as its breath-taking 76m-tall Guanyin statue, they also got a glimpse on Buddhism and stretched both their bodies and minds at a fun-filled yoga session.
