Here are some remarks for the final examination of PHYS3011: 1) This is a closed-book and closed-notes examination. You should not discuss with anyone or search for information on the web during the exam . 2) We will set up a waiting room on Zoom for taking attendance. Your login name to ZOOM should be the same as your full name as it appears in CUSIS so that we can confirm your identity. 3) If you need to go to washroom, please seek permission on ZOOM, so that absence (for a reasonable short interval) can be logged for record. 4) Upload your answer script (preferably in one single file) in the upload area of the course webpage, the login information of upload area is the same as that of download area. Upload the file to Assignment 9. Write your full name as it appears in CUSIS (Do not write phy as your full name). The upload password is cuhk. |

Schedule of the online final examination: Date: May 19, 2020 (Tuesday) Time: 9:30am till noon (2.5 hours) The format resembles that of the online midterm examination. Although there is no formal invigilation, yet all students are required to turn on their webcams, and let the TAs and Prof. Lo see their faces clearly during the online final examination. The TAs will set up a Zoom meeting link, and email it to all students half an hour (30 minutes) before the online final examination. The examination script will be uploaded to our course webpage 15 minutes before the examination so that all students can download it before the examination starts. |
