Details:
To celebrate the Moon Festival, The Hong Kong Joint Council of Parents of the Mentally Handicapped is organizing a social service to show the care from the society towards the mentally handicapped.
Volunteers are needed to visit the families and help to deliver gifts. Travel allowance will be provided.
