Details:

To enhance public awareness towards dementia, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, St. James' Settlement, Charles K. Kao Foundation for Alzheimer's Disease and I·CARE Programme have launched Jockey Club Charles Kao Brain Health Services in 2013. It is Hong Kong’s first mobile service for people with dementia and their families. The mobile service vehicle has multifunctional and counseling rooms. The vehicle will go around districts of Hong Kong in order to provide dementia screening and public education to the communities in the coming three years. Volunteers are needed to help with the public education on the vehicle, coordinate lectures and workshops and events promotion.
