Overall Framework

The overall framework for Student Discipline consists of two branches:

The Honour Code to be managed by students themselves through the Student Honour Code Committee (SHCC), covering the vast majority of cases.
A set of regulations on Student Discipline to be managed by the Student Discipline Committee (SDC) under the Assembly of Fellows, covering those cases where there is a referral or appeal from SHCC, or those areas where the nature of the case does not allow delegation to students (e.g., matters involving academic honesty, or potentially serious offences that may lead to sanctions through the authority of the University Senate).
