The Project Pitching Day of the NGO Leadership Programme, supported by Operation Santa Claus (OSC) and UBS, was held successfully on 18 September, making the completion of the Programme in 2020.
The event allowed us to understand the important social needs in Hong Kong and inspired us with the necessity to tackle the issues in different ways. The Champions went to two projects, namely
1) " Co-ADDventure: Co-Sporting Programme for Underprivileged ADHD Youth and Caretakers ", developed by Ms Christine Fung from InspiringHK Sports Foundation, and
2) “‘Debt-Free Helper’: Hong Kong’s first debt-management programme for migrant domestic workers”, developed by Ms Zamira Monteiro from Enrich HK.
It is exhilarating that Zamira also won the new Best Performance Award by her outstanding pitch on the day!
