Introduction
Are you interested in promoting college students’ mental health?
College students do not only experience academic stress, for us, as emerging adults, we also face many new challenges every day. We are also expected to equip ourselves and plan for the future. Therefore, being an emerging adult is a stressful stage that may make us feel anxious and uneasy. Because of the feeling of uncertainty at this age, it is important for us to take good care of ourselves.
We are now inviting a group of enthusiastic and responsible students to promote mindfulness in our daily lives and enhance college student’s mental health. Being a Mindful Flourishing Ambassador, you will attend mindfulness training and workshop delivery skill training led by a clinical psychologist. After training, we invite you to use our mobile app to support your daily mindfulness practice and deliver mindfulness workshops to fellow CUHKers.
