Thanks to the generous support of Hop Wai Tong, Chung Chi College, United College and Wu Yee Sun College have jointly invited Mr. Chen Chun-chieh, a Taiwan artist specialized in Chinese painting and calligraphy, to visit the colleges and to participate in a serious of events.
Mr. Chen graduated from the School of Dentistry, Chung Shan Medical College in Taiwan and then served as a dentist until his retirement. He has been interested in Chinese painting and calligraphy since his early years and was taught by the late Professor Lui Sang Wong, a renowned artist of Lingnan School of Art. Teaching Chinese arts for more than twenty years, Mr. Chen is now a director of an association for conservation of historic and artistic works in Taipei, and an executive member of the Three Stone Art Association.

Calligraphy workshop
There will be two classes (with same content) and details are as follows:
Dates:
Class A: April 3, 10 and 12, 2018 (Tuesday and Thursday, 3 sessions in total)
Class B: April 4, 6 and 11, 2018 (Wednesday and Friday, 3 sessions in total)
Time: 7:00 – 9:30 pm

Fees:
1. Deposit: K$100 (refundable to participants with 100% attendance)
2. Class materials:HK$10 (Participants should bring along a medium sized Chinese brush, which can also be purchased through the College at the cost of HK$40.)
