Our students have set up and initiated various student associations and clubs, including student associations, music associations and extracurricular associations to supplement their legal education.
THE UNDERGRADUATE LAW SOCIETY OF THE STUDENT UNION OF CUHK
The Undergraduate Law Society of the Student Union of the Chinese University of Hong Kong was established in 2008 to act as the official student representative body for CUHK LAW students. The Executive Committee strives to strengthen the unity between members of the Society, the Faculty, and the legal field.
Derived from the Latin word valor, ‘Valorem’ means value. It embodies the creed of the Executive Committee: to value the opinions and interests of the Basic Members, by always putting it first. We hope to be able to uphold the traditions of previous Executive Committees and further enrich the school lives of our Members.

THE GRADUATE LAW STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
The Graduate Law Students Association represents all postgraduate law students at CUHK. We are the liaison between students and the faculty, and arrange career talks, socials and other events. All postgraduate law students are automatically members of the GLSA with voting rights in the general election that happens once every academic year.
