In view of the continuing surge of confirmed cases and the spread of COVID-19, the University is obliged to take further precautionary measures to safeguard the health and well-being of its members. In this regard, the Graduate School will adopt special work arrangement and only limited services will be provided. Please expect a longer response time to the requests.

The Graduate School will provide limited counter services as below starting from 24 November 2020 until further notice: 

           Every Tuesday and Thursday: 8:45am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:30pm
