Prof. Jae Woon LEE‘s edited book, Aviation Law and Policy in Asia: Smart Regulation in the Liberalized Markets, has been published as an instalment of Brill’s Asian Law Book series.

This book originated from the Conference on Aviation Law and Policy in Asia: Smart Regulation in the Liberalized Markets hosted by CUHK LAW in November 2019.

The book examines the evolution of aviation law and policy in selected Asian jurisdictions and analyzes the dynamic regulatory challenges that each jurisdiction faces. The case studies and recommendations presented in the book will serve as a roadmap for understanding aviation law and policy in Asia.
