Rudi Cohrssen brings to Chinese University a diversity of experience gained in three common law jurisdictions. Before joining Chinese University in 2020, Rudi was an arbitrator and practicing barrister and member of the Victorian Bar for 13 years where he had a commercial litigation and advisory practice. Rudi holds the degrees BA, LLB and LLM. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in international commercial arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Rudi teaches several subjects across the LLB, JD and PCLL programs, including Civil Litigation Practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Professional Practice, Principles of Commercial Law and Principles of Administrative Law.
