教會是一個政治實體,其責任是向世界見證上主國的價值。所以,教會是一場參與轉化世界的政治運動。牧者是政治家,宣揚上主國、建立以教會為基礎的地方工作、培養信徒的心之習性。教會生活是政治集會,信徒共同學習和實踐以上主國為核心的神學政治。神學院是政治學校,培育政治人才,並以開放心靈探究對上主國理念的詮釋和建構。
