Terms of Reference

To plan, edit and coordinate College publications in both print and electronic form, including brochures, newsletters, pamphlets and the College website
To advise on the establishment of IT platform(s) to enhance communication among staff and students, including the acquisition of hardware and software, the set-up of the College IT system and the use of email domains, aliases and social networking tools
To assist the College in the mapping of an IT strategy to support communication and information needs
To promote the use of IT in the College and among members of the College
To advise on and to plan communication and outreach to external stakeholders
To handle any other tasks assigned by the Assembly of Fellows
To be accountable to Assembly of Fellows
