1. To promote links with other academic institutions and with organizations that may have an interest in the College, its students and its activities
2. To promote and arrange exchange opportunities for students of the College, including short term exchanges
3. In collaboration with the Committee on Development to raise resources in support of student exchange
4. In collaboration with the Committee on Student Affairs to advise on pastoral care and activities for incoming exchange students, and to promote their integration into the life of the College
5. To handle any other tasks assigned by the Assembly of Fellows
6. To be accountable to Assembly of Fellows
