Pre-assigned class lists, updated timetable information and class enrollment rules, add/drop consent, reserved quotas, etc. have already been uploaded / updated by RES under CUSIS. Prior to course registration, students MUST check their own time appointment for course registration under “Enrollment Dates” on CUSIS. If you do NOT have the time appointment under CUSIS, you may have been prohibited to register 2nd term courses due to various reasons. Please check with RES (email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Please also follow all the information and procedures that we post on Course Selection and Add/Drop to register courses on CUSIS. |
||
You may wish to note that the University has announced on 9 November 2020 the Preparations for Spring Term, and that more on-campus teaching and learning activities should be possible, with priority given to level-1 courses for face-to-face teaching in 2nd term 2020-21, in addition to the types of courses that have already been given approval for face-to-face/mixed-mode teaching in 1st term 2020-21 (i.e., classes that are intended for graduating students and classes that have lab, studio, practicum, workshop, etc. in their teaching components). If deemed necessary, Departments may communicate with students in the “Class Note” of CUSIS the intended mode of teaching, or post an announcement on RES homepage regarding the intended teaching mode of the classes, for the reference of the students prior to their course registration. For all new students, please observe the announcement of Physical Education Unit in the arrangement of P.E. classes in 2nd term 2020-21. However, as the pandemic situation may change over time, students should note that all teaching modes are subject to change. |
||
Besides, please note that CUSIS will handle course registration data from students on a batch mode, and the turn-around time may take longer when many students are using the system. Please direct the technical question to ITSC hotline 3943 8845. |

Thank you for your attention. |

With best regards, |
