Suspension of MyCUHK and CUSIS from 8:00p.m. on 3 July to 8:30a.m. on 6 July 2020

Dear Student,

As informed by the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC), MyCUHK and Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) will be switched to CUHK Login from 6 July 2020 at 8:31a.m. onwards. In order to enable the switch, MyCUHK and CUSIS will be suspended from 8:00p.m. on 3 July to 8:30a.m. on 6 July 2020 and you will NOT be able to access the following CUSIS functions during the switch-over period.

View personal and academic records (e.g. personal information, course enrollment records, grades, academic progress status, fulfillment of graduation requirement, unofficial transcript)

•

Applications through CUSIS (e.g. change major (deadline: 7 July 2020), course and unit exemption)  

•

Browse general information (e.g. course catalog, programme information, teaching timetable of Summer Session)

If necessary, please submit applications, check information and/or save a copy of your academic records through CUSIS before 8:00p.m. on 3 July 2020.
