Transcript/Certifying Letter/Report on Curriculum Details

# In view of the worsening risk of the spread of COVID-19, the University has announced special work arrangements from 2 to 15 December 2020. During this period, the processing time of the applications for transcript and certifying letter will take longer than usual from 3-5 working days to 6-10 working days. Please enquire the application progress using the tracking system on our homepage. Please also note the announcement of Hongkong Post on the details of adjusted service arrangements. ** If students would like to include 2nd term academic results on transcripts, please submit applications on 10 June 2020 or after. For applications submitted on or before 9 June 2020, "IP"(In-progress) will be shown for the course taken in 2nd term.

** For students graduating in 2nd term, the class of honours will be shown on their transcripts and certifying letters starting from 30 July 2020, except for some special cases whose results have not been finalized.
