Research Interests
Application of modern laser spectroscopy in the study of intermolecular interactions, dynamics and potential surfaces and their roles in the mechanisms of chemical reactions and phase transition. A variety of molecular systems including molecular ions, radicals, van der Waals molecules, molecular clusters, and cryogenic crystals are being pursued to address these issues. |
1. | High resolution and high sensitivity laser Spectroscopy. |
2. | Intermolecular interactions and dynamics. |
3. | Spectroscopy of transient species such as radicals, molecular ions, and van der Waals complexes. |
4. | Properties of quantum crystals. |
5. | Molecules under extreme conditions ( e.g. high electric fields, high pressure, and low temperature). |
